Why hello again, Lancaster! We just can’t stay away. It’s already time to Float again- and this time it’s Pride!- so join us for another night of pure magic as we Float The Rainbow.

We see your strength and your silliness, your work and your whimsy. As the various horrors persist, so do we. Amish Country native Mary Ann Pianka returns with another high octane dance party, with music curated by NYC Float staple MissMollyJane, to celebrate all that you are.


TO OUR NEW FRIENDS:

What The Float is a roaming silent disco dance party. We walk and dance out around the neighborhood listening to music in the provided special headphones. The music matches our surroundings as we pass them in real time, so it's part dance party, part curated adventure!

Simultaneously Lanc’s most private dance party and its most public spectacle, we'll lead you not just on a journey through the city's landmarks and secret passageways, but also through the inner reaches of your own freshly liberated soul.

We facilitate safe spaces for our community members to celebrate themselves, explore their city, and above all: experience JOY. (Remember joy?!) All are welcome. Dance it alllll out, or just walk along and vibe: the night is yours! Have your own journey, or party with friends. Just don't miss it, because these are the nights to remember.

TO HAVE THE MOST FUN:

  • Arrive as early as 7:00 pm to meet the community and enjoy some (optional) bevvies! But the music begins and WE DEPART AT 8:00, so don't be late!

  • Please let us know if you need a discount code to attend. We will never allow capitalism to stand in the way of your joy.

  • Sensible shoes required. Lewks appreciated, but optional! Wear whatever best enables your movement and makes you feel awesome! We also recommend you carry as little as possible, so break out those fanny packs, babes!

  • The night will end within easy walking distance of where it began, so parking anywhere in downtown Lancaster will work!

The fine print:

This is an age 21+ only event. All tickets are FULLY REFUNDABLE, no questions asked, with advance notice. COVID and various other horrors persist, and if you are in any way concerned about your health, we would very much prefer you stayed home! You DO NOT need to buy the event insurance, just let us know so we can let someone else in; these events are small and they will sell out!
