After a majestic 2019 dancing through the streets (and parks and plazas and train stations and malls) of Los Angeles, we've been hibernating for the winter. It gets a little lonely hibernating though, so we found ourselves a secret space, and we want to fill it with the most beautiful beasties we know: you. On Saturday, February 29th, join us in the Warehouse of Magical Creatures. It's the first Saturday leap day in 28 years, so who knows what sort of faeries and nymphs might emerge.
The Warehouse of Magical Creatures can be discovered down the unmarked alley beside 915 S. Carondelet St. near MacArthur Park. (You can't just have your Warehouse of Magical Creatures out in the open, y'all.) To maintain the air of mystery, the Warehouse is a silent disco - three DJs, one each of Earth, Water, and straight Fire will be playing simultaneously, all night long. It's up to you switch your headphones among the channels to find whatever best alights your inner dancing sprite at any given moment.
Bring your own libations to the Warehouse. Dress for a magical adventure in a mixed indoor/outdoor space. Join us starting at 8:00pm and remain until the Warehouse becomes a pumpkin at the stroke of 1:30. Don't worry, we'll be back outside for Floating Dance Parties again starting April 4th and 11th.
All tickets are nonrefundable. This is an age 21+ only event. BYOB. Drink and behave responsibly.
