Happy Pride y'all! This month the alphabet mafia is leaning on Alphabet City for Fruit By The Float on June 21-29. Connor Wentworth has unrolled a magnificent path through downtown Manhattan, with an incredible soundtrack courtesy of longtime faves Daniel Kang, Anna Tobin, and Brian Weitz. Join us at Otto’s Shrunken Head at 538 e 14t St for tiki drinks, and then prepare to Float away…

If you’d like to plan ahead for the next five months, you can buy a season pass here. You’ll lock in the lowest possible price and guarantee a ticket for one night of each of this year’s all new Floating Dance Parties. Group package deals are back on the menu as well: buy ten or more tickets to one event, and you’ll also get each ticket at the lowest possible price. To buy group tickets to an announced or future event, fill out our contact form or email us directly at float@whatthefloat.com. All waves led by Connor except 7pm 6/21 with Brian, 7pm on 6/22 with Daniel, and 8pm on 6/29 with Anna.

Not sure what you’re getting yourself into? Let us explain a little.

Each night, you’ll be able to take advantage of Floatcheck, our mobile coat and bag check service throughout the night. Expect the event to last about three hours, with two intermissions at bars that would prefer you pay in cash, as well as an afterparty with live DJs and kitchen service. Check-in only runs thirty minutes, so do not delay! If you are late you may be left behind and may not be able to catch up.

Dress to be true to you. Wear comfortable shoes in which you can dance and run and climb and jump on even and slippery terrain. Please bring as little as possible, as Floatcheck space is more limited this year. We'll equip you with glowing headsets, and lead you on the dance party adventure of a lifetime.

The fine print: The horrors persist, so all tickets are FULLY REFUNDABLE, no questions asked, with advance notice; if you are in any way concerned about your well-being, we would very much prefer you stayed home. Just let us know so we let someone else in; these events are small and they will sell out. This is an age 21+ only event.
